California law requires children of a certain age and weight to ride in a booster seat. Unfortunately, too many parents are unable to afford one. We have partnered with Safe Kids Alameda County Coalition and AAA over the years to provide free new booster seats to families. In 2022, the AEG Oakland Community Foundation distributed 250 booster seats.
